Our design process begins with an initial client consultation to help us determine your specific business needs and goals so that we can present you with ideas that will help effectively promote your business. These consultations can be conducted via email, over the phone, or in person for local (Austin, TX) clients. They are completely free and without obligation. During the consultation, we'll work together to answer questions about your project to determine style, scope, purpose and preferences. The answers to these questions will be our guide throughout the design and development process. After the scope of the project is determined, we are able to provide you with a more accurate quote for implementing your plan.
:: DESIGN::
Once we have a sound marketing plan, the next step is the design of your project. Design is not just about style. It's about finding the best way to communicate your message. Meeting with you through each stage of the design process, we encourage you to make suggestions on the "look and feel" of your project. If we're designing a website for you, we'll ask you to provide the web addresses or URLs of other websites you like so we can better determine the styles that appeal to you. If you already have an established brand or image, we'll work with you to help maintain consistency in your visual presence both online and offline. If you're just starting out or in need of a fresh look, we can help you create a unique graphic identity for your business.
:: DELIVERY::
Once we understand your design parameters, we go to work delivering service beyond your expectations. Based on the information we gathered during our consultation and design analysis, we'll create a draft of your project which we'll post online for your review. Depending on the project, we may provide several design options for you to choose from. We'll discuss likes, dislikes, possible changes, additions and modifications to the initial design. If your project is a website, we'll start with an inital homepage design, followed by the core content pages (the ones most likely to be visited first). As pages are completed, you will be asked to review them to ensure we're continually heading in the direction you envisioned.
The site is considered temporary until you give your final stamp of approval. It's critical to us that you are 100% satisfied with how our design reflects your company's image. If it's not right, we'll make it right. We want to play a key role in helping you develop a plan that works and assists you in achieving your business goals.
